Terms of service
Last updated 20 October 2026
These terms cover use of Cautus Intelligence, the gated model marketplace and OpenAI-compatible gateway at cautusintelligence.com. The service is operated by Operations.Finance Ltd (“OpsFi”). By creating an account, signing in, or calling the API, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
The service
Hosts list models and compute. Buyers call those listings with a Cautus Intelligence key. We gate the call, meter tokens, and record a Litheum receipt. The public site includes a product demo. Where the ledger is marked as a demo hash-chain, that record is the demo adapter, not a mainnet settlement.
Accounts
You need an account for a desk, keys, and gated calls. You are responsible for activity under your login and your API keys, including keys used by a teammate or an agent in your workspace. Tell us at greg@opsfi.co if a key leaks and you want it revoked. The seeded demo login is for the product tour. Do not use it for someone else’s production traffic.
Acceptable use
- Follow each listing’s access rules, including approval gates and domain blocks.
- Do not probe, scrape, or overload the gateway, or try to use a key that is not yours.
- Do not list a model or a dataset you do not have the right to offer as API access.
- Do not use the service to break the law or to harm someone else.
We can suspend a key or an account that breaks these rules.
Price, credits, and fees
Hosts set the token price on a listing. OpsFi’s platform take is the rail fee shown on the pricing page (2.5% to 6%, depending on how the model and the compute are contributed). Credits in the demo are prepaid balances on a workspace. They are not a bank deposit. Unused demo credit is not a promise of cash refund unless we say so in writing.
Your models and our software
You keep the weights and the GPUs you host. Cautus Intelligence routes and meters; it does not take custody of your weights. You keep ownership of what you list. We keep ownership of the gateway, the site, and the OpsFi software around them. Calling the API does not give you the weights behind a listing.
Availability
The service is provided as available. Models can be offline when a host’s compute is offline. We can change or retire features, including the demo ledger, and we do not promise uninterrupted access.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, OpsFi is not liable for lost profits, lost weights, or indirect damage from use of the marketplace. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law says cannot be limited.
Changes
We will update this page when the terms change. The current version is the one at cautusintelligence.com/terms. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
